I am a Clinical Social Work- Supervisor in Texas by trade. I have been in the Social Work field for nearly a decade. I have served in all treatment settings from inpatient to private practice groups. My experience is rooted in non-profit settings, child advocacy centers, and the mental health clinical world of social work. I have been privileged to serve a diverse range of populations, ages, and needs. Whether services were court ordered or people were seeking support out of their own desire-

needs were met.

My experience guides my supervision and consultation approach. My heart for the clinicians and supervisees I partner with is to expand their reach, establish clarity in their calling, and build careers that fill them up as they pour out. I have a high standard on the level of support I provide. I love partnering with high-drive, innovative, change makers who want to leave the field better than we found it. We honor the evidence and initiate changes that serve the world as it is now.

I founded Dose of Changes in 2023 with the vision of creating a practice where every need can be met under one roof. I have partnered with various providers to address financial health, nutrition education, physical health, and spiritual wellness needs. I support those I serve in developing a clear, comprehensive approach to reach their wellness goals.

As an individual, I am a book lover, a dog mom, a mother, a wife, and a devout Christian. I have an increased clarity on the calling on my life to serve, support, and share the goodness of God, and I cannot wait to partner with you.
