We’re a diverse team of therapists who share one mission — helping people experience real change
and emotional freedom. Each of us brings a unique background, specialty, and approach, but we all
believe in the power of safe, collaborative therapy that fits you.
I’m a trauma-informed, EMDR-trained clinician and supervisor passionate about helping others heal through connection, creativity, and faith. At Dose of Changes, I focus on community workshops, business mental health consulting, and LCSW supervision. My work centers on building social skills, bridging mental health and creative expression, and leading Christ-centered events that inspire renewal, growth, and lasting change.
I love working with people who’ve tried therapy before and didn’t quite get what they needed. My approach is creative, down-to-earth, and collaborative—we’ll work together to find what really helps you heal and grow.
I often help folks navigating self-worth, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’m trained in EMDR therapy and use self-compassion to build motivation and confidence along the way. As an LGBTQ+ specialist, I offer affirming support for gender dysphoria and trauma healing.
I grew up in a Mexican household in Fort Worth, TX, and know what it’s like to search for a place where you truly feel safe and understood. My hope is that this space can be that for you.
